Tourist areas of China
Been planning a trip to China for years, waiting to save money to take the trip.
I have done my homework trying to find the best areas and cities to visit when I go, but it seems there are many options and the website and books I am referring to do not give me the personal opinions I am looking for.
If you have gone to China but you normally live in the US I am wanting to know from you what cities you felt uncomfortable in, where you had the most fun etc.

Will Chinese tourism ever return to normal after Covid19?
China may never recover its tourism. Right now their largest dam is in danger of busting because of the terrible rains they've had, and that would displace millions of chinese people from their homes and cities. I got the feeling that China may be in for a generation of breakage. The more we know about how they send young chinese to our schools, not to learn but to steal industrial secrets, that is another chink in their armour, no pun intended.
I would like to visit china someday. Just don't think it is in the near future cards.
Any other opinions?
