A lot of men would say that Cartagena is their favorite city. Cartagena is a jewel, for certain.
Baranquilla is another great city, and just like the others is loaded with history and old spanish charm. If you like the combination of modern colombian women and old world culture, you cannot go wrong with Baranquilla, Cartagena, or Medellin.
